When Ultimate Software was named the #1 Workplace for Women (no small feat), they asked for a scripted film starring their female leadership to celebrate the news on International Women’s Day. But I figured female leaders of a Fortune 500 company would have way more compelling things to share than anything I could write for them. (I was correct.)
