AAA was in a bit of a pickle. They were famous for the wrong thing: emergency roadside assistance.
Members only need that once every three years. People weren’t seeing the value in AAA.
So, how do you make a brand famous for emergencies famous for something else?
Short answer: You don’t.
Long answer: instead of trying to change the view that AAA is there only for “emergencies”, we showed how AAA is there for ALL of life’s emergencies, from autocorrect disasters to Zoom malfunctions to yes, of course, flat tires.
